Step 1. Open Adobe Premiere Pro and enter your license.

Part 1: Download The Codecs

Step 1: Right-click on your MOV file, which codec info you want.

Step 4: Select Video codec, uncheck Keep original video track, in Encoding parameters, choose the MPEG-1 codec and hit Create.

Step 5: Select Audio codec, uncheck Keep original audio track, in Encoding parameters, choose MPEG AUDIO codec and hit Create.

Step 6: Click on the Browse button, mention destination location and name for the converted video, and choose Save.

Step 7: Finally, click on the Start button to begin the video conversion process.

Now, import the converted video into Adobe Premiere.
